Customer and partner management; Sales order management; Product and customer pricing; Pricing conditions, discounts, promotions, and agreements; Credit management and credit exposure; Order holds and releases; Availability and fulfillment integration; Delivery and shipment integration; Billing and invoicing; Returns and refunds; Rebates and incentives; Intercompany and cross-company transactions; Dispute and credit/debit memo processes;
