## About the Role

* Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
 * 8+ years of hands-on experience building, implementing, or supporting IT infrastructure, including servers and networks.
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
 * Eligibility for C2 clearance is required.
 * Hands-on experience with Cisco ACI and software-defined networking environments.
 * Experience with GitHub in support of infrastructure or software-defined networking initiatives.
 * Experience with application design and enterprise infrastructure solutions.
 * Strong understanding of server and network technologies, infrastructure deployment, and change management.
 * Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with architecture, security, operations, and technology teams.

Preferred Skills/Experience of the Infrastructure Engineer:

 * Windows Server and RHEL
 * OpenShift
 * F5 BIG-IP
 * Cisco networking technologies
 * Enterprise telephony systems
 * IBM or Hitachi SAN/NAS storage environments

## Description

* Evaluate business and technical requirements and determine the infrastructure changes needed to support applications and projects.
 * Review approved technical solutions and develop detailed server and network implementation plans.
 * Create comprehensive deployment specifications and technical documentation for implementation teams.
 * Collaborate with architecture, security, operations, and other IT teams to ensure infrastructure solutions meet organizational requirements.
 * Assess infrastructure dependencies, risks, and potential impacts associated with planned changes.
 * Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and connectivity issues while supporting reliable, secure, and efficient enterprise operations.
