## About the Role

* 3-5 years of Windows PC technical experience.
 * 3-5 years of strong knowledge of Windows operating system environment,
network printing systems and Microsoft Office & Google Suite modules.

 * 3-5 years of solid customer service communications.
Degree: Associate degree or technical institute degree/certificate preferred.
Nice to Have Qualifications:

 * Healthcare environment experience a plus.

## Description

Day to Day Job Duties:
In a Hospital enviroment:

 * Imaging and deployment of desktop and laptop PC workstations.
 * Install minor peripheral devices and printers.
 * Perform standard break/fix of desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile carts, printers and
peripherals.

 * Ensure new devices are accurately logged and tracked in the asset management
system.
