The role partners closely with Infrastructure, Information Security, Network, and Enterprise Operations teams to deliver scalable and resilient solutions that support a hybrid workforce. This leader is accountable for platform health, service quality, operational stability, and engineering execution. They establish priorities, remove barriers, develop talent, and ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives including operating system upgrades, endpoint management modernization, automation, and device lifecycle programs.
