The desired candidate will coach multiple agile teams and use oral and written communications skills to develop great working relationships with stakeholders including customer Product Owners. The candidate will work closely with the release train engineer, and other ART resources to ensure planning, development, testing, and deployment of solutions are performed successfully in an Agile environment., Required: * Active Secret Clearance * Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and seven years of related experience * Certified Scrum Master or Certified SAFe Scrum Master with significant experience coaching Scrum teams * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong Agile background, with a minimum of three (3) years' experience leading teams using an Agile Scrum or Scaled Agile approach * Understanding of all elements of software development including planning, development, requirements management, CM, quality assurance, and release management * Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong communication skills and work ethic; self-starter * Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass an IT-1 background investigation.
