Do you have experience in Microsoft Office?, * Proven leadership experience - ideally in an operational or control room environment

 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills - able to lead teams and liaise professionally with clients and colleagues
 * Ability to stay calm under pressure and think clearly in fast-moving situations
 * Excellent IT and administrative skills, with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and other systems

 * SIA and CCTV Licences - desirable but not essential

 * A high level of professionalism, reliability, and organisational awareness

## Description

* Leading day-to-day operations of the Security Operations and Intelligence Centre, ensuring smooth delivery and service continuity
 * Supervising a dynamic team, providing ongoing coaching, support, and task delegation
 * Championing our core values of Safety, Courtesy, and Efficiency in all decisions and communications
 * Inducting and onboarding new team members, ensuring they are confident and equipped for success
 * Managing internal communications, liaising with security teams across the UK and coordinating with external stakeholders
 * Responding to incidents and operational challenges quickly and effectively
 * Ensuring accurate and timely data entry, reporting, and documentation
 * Applying problem-solving skills to support clients, officers, and internal departments
 * Driving performance and standards, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability within the team
