H-1B Visa Sponsorship Not Available, W2 only., * 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or similar role supporting software development. * Demonstrated experience managing and prioritizing a software product backlog using Azure DevOps or a comparable tool. * Experience working directly with both technical teams and business stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable software requirements. * Experience successfully managing competing priorities and escalations with stakeholders across different organizational levels. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to tailor messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences. * Demonstrated experience with data-informed decision-making such as, using metrics, user feedback, or analytics to influence prioritization and roadmap decisions. * Experience working in fast-paced or ambiguous environments where requirements evolve and priorities shift based on business needs. * Product Owner, Scrum, or Agile certification is a plus. * Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new concepts in a team-oriented environment. * A consistent employment history showing long-term commitment to previous employers., This role does not require a degree. Working closely with software development teams and business stakeholders, the Product Owner owns backlog prioritization and day-to-day execution of development projects. The Product Owner manages competing priorities across multiple stakeholders, makes trade-off decisions with incomplete information, and navigates ambiguity to keep projects moving forward.
