Licensure: * Valid Texas driver's license and acceptable driving record., * Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft Intune. * Working knowledge of identity and access management fundamentals, including user and device objects, security groups, permissions, licensing, and multi-factor authentication. * Ability to learn new applications quickly and effectively support end users in troubleshooting and training scenarios. * Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence engaging both technical staff and end users. * Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests. * Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; able to follow written and verbal instructions and resolve problems in standardized situations. * Ability to collaborate effectively, maintain professional composure, and manage conflict constructively. * Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including user, group, and device management. * Experience with Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, configuration, compliance policies, and application deployment. * Experience supporting and training users across diverse business software platforms. * Relevant Microsoft certifications such as MD-102, SC-900, or AZ-900. * Physical ability to perform job functions, including sitting, standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed; capable of meeting required vision and mobility expectations. ## Description Harris County Precinct 4 seeks a dedicated and service-oriented IT Technical Support Specialist I to support core technology operations across the precinct.
