## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
 * Strong experience in Platform / Solution Architecture with enterprise applications and digital platforms.
 * Hands-on experience with customer-facing portals and self-service platforms.
 * Strong experience with BPM, workflow automation, and orchestration technologies; Pega experience preferred.
 * Experience designing reusable services and components supporting multiple channels and regions.
 * Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns across customer-facing, workflow, and core insurance platforms.
 * Experience with API integration, service orchestration, and platform connectivity.
 * Strong understanding of architecture trade-offs, platform boundaries, dependencies, and integration points.
 * Insurance domain experience with core insurance platforms is highly preferred.
 * Strong analytical, technical discovery, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
