Success is assessed through analytical accuracy, clarity of communication, useful recommendations, and reliable delivery. Hiring Process * A 30-minute introductory call with the hiring manager. * A 60-minute SQL and analytical reasoning session using a sample dataset. * A 45-minute discussion of a business scenario and how you would communicate your findings. There is no unpaid take-home assignment. Candidates receive format and preparation details in advance. The process typically takes two to three weeks.
