Develop leadership skills following the PW Leadership Operating Model. Mentor & help skill development of more junior members of the team. * Active participation in discipline improvement activities and knowledge management. * Requires daily interaction and integration work with EDSI Systems Analysis Groups, Module Centers, Controls, Instrumentation, IT and Product Validation Groups to ensure that the propulsion system satisfies its functional requirements.
