The ideal candidate will have been on that Cloud journey, with a clear understanding of the technology - someone who can look at both ends and know why something's broken - it's the nuts-and-bolts technical leadership they now need! We are looking for someone who could combine strong technical depth with the ability to clearly communicate complex concepts and take people on a journey - both within the team and with wider stakeholders - particularly when it comes to leading conversations, managing differing opinions, and bringing others with you. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a solid high-level understanding and show good capability as an engineer with hands-on delivery experience.
