TECHNICAL SKILLS * Expertise in ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. * Hands-on experience with modern cloud AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex AI). * Understanding of model governance, explainability, monitoring, and responsible AI practices. * Strong knowledge of data engineering, feature pipelines, and training workflows. * Ability to design AI/ML deployment patterns within CI/CD and DevSecOps environments., * Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences. * Strong leadership abilities and a collaborative approach across multidisciplinary Agile teams. * Strategic problem-solving skills to translate business challenges into measurable AI opportunities. * Ability to identify and mitigate risks related to data, models, security, and operational performance. * Comfort balancing innovation with practical constraints and real-world mission needs.
