Preferred: * Bachelor's degree in analytics, statistics, finance, business, computer science, information systems, or a related field. * Experience in insurance brokerage, retail operations, financial services, or similarly complex matrixed environments. * Experience with data governance, metric definition, data quality review, and executive dashboard quality assurance. * Familiarity with Python, R, advanced Excel, data modeling, or cloud data platforms such as Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric. ## Description The Lead Data Analyst - Retail Digital Innovation & Insights Group serves as the primary analytical partner and point of contact for retail leadership data requests. This role is responsible for translating leadership questions into clear analytical requirements, delivering timely and accurate insights, and ensuring that retail leaders have trusted information to support commercial performance, operational execution, and strategic decision-making. The role combines strong analytical expertise, business acumen, stakeholder management, and narrative-driven insight delivery. The individual will partner closely with the Head of Data Insights, retail leadership, BI developers, data engineering, and business stakeholders to manage intake, prioritize demand, and deliver high-quality analysis aligned to enterprise reporting standards.
