## About the Role

* 4-5 years of design experience delivering engaging, revenue-focused campaigns in marketing, advertising, or e-commerce environments.
\n

 * Hands-on responsive email design and coding with strong command of email HTML/CSS and cross-client nuances across Outlook, Gmail, and Apple Mail; ESP experience preferred.
\n

 * Working knowledge of HTML and CSS; basic JavaScript a plus for adapting or troubleshooting templated assets.
\n

 * Experience creating display banners and paid/digital ad assets to IAB specs with attention to file weight and motion/static variants., * Experience with ESPs such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or Iterable, and testing platforms like Litmus or Email on Acid.
\n

 * Knowledge of ADA-compliant and accessible email and web design.
\n

 * Motion graphics and animation skills; grounding in UX/UI and social principles.
\n

 * Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects; familiarity with G Suite and project management tools.
