Preferred Additional Skills: * Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Systems Modeling Language (SysML), or CAMEO. * Familiarity with AI tools or AI-enabled workflows that improve engineering quality, traceability, analysis, or execution speed. * Experience with requirements management or traceability tools such as DOORS, Jama, CAMEO, Teamcenter, or similar systems. * Experience supporting avionics, mission systems, aircraft modification, qualification, or flight-test programs. * Experience preparing verification plans, verification reports, qualification evidence, or technical closure packages. * Experience identifying and resolving requirement gaps, interface gaps, or verification evidence gaps. * Experience working in a cost- and schedule-driven program execution environment. ## Description The Skyraider II team is looking for a Systems Engineer to support a fast-paced, challenging, rewarding, first-of-its-kind aircraft modification program. This role will support systems design, requirements development, systems verification, requirements traceability, avionics integration, qualification support, and technical scope execution across active program deliverables. The position involves working across engineering, program management, test, and integrated product teams to close technical commitments while maintaining cost, schedule, and scope discipline.
