## About the Role

Looking for an experienced Deskside/Field IT Support Engineer with strong hands-on troubleshooting skills to support a healthcare environment and keep critical operations running without disruption., * 4+ years Deskside / Field IT Support

 * Windows Desktop & Laptop Troubleshooting
 * Hardware & Peripheral Support
 * Printers, Monitors, Docking Stations & Workstations
 * IMAC - Install, Move, Add, Change
 * Device Deployment, Refresh & Replacement
 * Basic Networking Troubleshooting
 * ServiceNow / ITSM experience
 * Enterprise or healthcare IT experience preferred
 * Ability to travel within ~30-mile assigned radius
 * On-call / Extended Support as required
 * Ability to safely lift and move IT equipment

Ideal candidate: Hands-on IT professional who can resolve on-site issues quickly, work with clinical/business users, and follow strict healthcare security and safety procedures.
