 * Develop advanced PowerShell and other approved scripts to automate complex tasks and ensure efficient messaging system administration.
 * Act as a primary liaison with vendors and other OCIO technical experts for enterprise email and messaging system issues, ensuring swift problem resolution.
 * Administer and maintain infrastructure components, including identity integration with Active Directory and mobile device systems, ensuring alignment with CDC's security and operational standards.
 * Lead the integration of messaging systems with CDC's enterprise collaboration tools and oversee compliance with organizational security and operational policies.
 * Maintain comprehensive security documentation and configuration records, ensuring alignment with current messaging technologies and organizational requirements.
 * Provide mentorship and guidance to mid-level administrators, fostering knowledge sharing and team development
