LMS, and other HR technologies in an admin capacity. - Experience working with ADP Workforce Now, iCIMS, Colibri CEU 350, is preferred. * One (1) or more years' experience creating and providing training and educational tools and materials for HR technology applications. * Must have advanced knowledge of MS Excel. * Knowledge of HR processes and terminology is required. * Experience with data analysis and reporting tools required. * Technical aptitude and ability to understand system configurations required. * Experience with ticketing systems. * Outstanding written and verbal communications; ability to communicate complex technical matters to all levels of leadership, aligning communication style to the needs of the customer. * Excellent project management skills with ability to hold self and project resources accountable for deliverables. * Ability to work independently and part of a team. * Good judgment when addressing business requests, responding to inquiries, escalating matters, etc.. * Strong quantitative and analytical skills and attention to detail. Computer Skills: Proficiency in HR business applications (HRIS, ATS, LMS), as well as proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: Outlook, Excel, Word and Publisher applications. This role will provide essential support in the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our HR technology systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in HR technology, working knowledge of HR policies and regulations, a passion for learning, and a desire to contribute to a positive employee experience.
