We are looking for an experienced, professional, and confident Front Desk Receptionist to join our busy salon team.

Requirements:

 * 2-3+ years of receptionist/front desk experience
 * Salon, spa, hospitality, or customer-service experience preferred
 * Excellent customer service and communication skills
 * Professional appearance and pleasant personality
 * Comfortable with small talk and building relationships with clients
 * Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
 * Able to manage 12 stylists, multiple clients, phone calls, appointments, and check-outs simultaneously
 * Strong sales and marketing skills
 * Excellent organizational and time-management skills
 * Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, email, and scheduling software
 * Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
 * Professional maturity and strong sense of responsibility, * Associate (Preferred), * Customer service: 1 year (Required)
