## Description

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers while working closely with Sales, Engineering, and other internal teams., * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

 * Provide technical support by phone, email, and other communication methods
 * Work with Sales and Engineering teams to identify and resolve customer issues
 * Document issues, resolutions, and customer interactions in the CRM system
 * Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved
 * Assist with customer training and provide guidance on best practices
 * Create and maintain technical support resources and training materials
 * Provide technical support to internal departments as needed
