## About the Role

* Full-time W2 only (1099/Corp-to-Corp arrangements are unacceptable)
 * Active DoD Secret clearance required
 * Five (5) years of overall professional experience in system architecture and engineering.
 * Five (5) years of experience with Identity and Access Management (IDAM/ICAM) implementations and integrations.
 * DoD-approved 8140 baseline certification for Category IAT Level II.
 * Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
 * Ideally, an MA/MS in a technical discipline with at least fifteen (15) years of experience, * Strong analytical and systems-thinking capabilities.
 * Ability to translate user needs into enterprise-level functional and technical requirements., * system architecture and engineering: 5 years (Required)
 * IDAM/ICAM: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

 * IAT Level II (Required)

## Description

* Establish system information requirements based on engineering analysis and user-community needs.
 * Define high-level functional and technical requirements for authentication, authorization, segregation of duties, and privileged access management.
 * Design ICAM implementation architecture spanning software, hardware, communications, interfaces, and future cross-functional requirements.
 * Develop high-level system design diagrams and present implementation options.
 * Ensure compatibility and compliance with open-systems architecture standards, OSI and ISO reference models, and applicable IEEE OSE profiles.
 * Evaluate workflow, organizational, and planning problems and develop corrective actions.
