* Approximately 70% ticket backlog resolution and support activities
 * Approximately 30% Epic Radiant build, configuration, and enhancement work
 * Partner with Radiant team members and stakeholders to prioritize and resolve outstanding requests
 * Support ongoing operational needs within the Epic Radiant application
 * Deliver timely ticket resolution and build updates through the engagement
