Preferred Qualifications * Experience within higher education, public sector, or complex multi-entity organizations. * Knowledge of governance, procurement, funding oversight, compliance, and audit processes. * Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Jira, Excel, Teams, and related project management tools. ## Description We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale ERP transformation initiative for a major higher education institution in Northern Virginia. The program involves migrating Human Capital Management (HCM) and Finance operations from Oracle PeopleSoft to Oracle Fusion Cloud while supporting ongoing integration with the student information environment across multiple campuses.
