## About the Role

We are looking for dedicated, responsible individuals who are capable of operating a combination of pipeline systems and storage terminals from a console in a high stress environment. Individuals must be able to recognize and resolve abnormal operating conditions within a timely manner and possess the ability to remain alert and composed during emergency conditions., * Demonstrated ability to maintain a consistent, safe work ethic while remotely operating pipelines and terminals from a computerized console

 * Ability to plan daily work activities in accordance with established Company and Regulatory procedures
 * Ability to work effectively both alone and with others
 * Ability to communicate (read, write, and speak) effectively
 * Ability to use Microsoft Office suite of programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
 * Willing and able to work rotating shifts; will be expected to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as necessary and respond to call-outs
 * Ability to perform relief work when requested
 * Must be willing and able to attend/complete required training courses

Preferred Knowledge/Skills/ Experience

 * B.S. or equivalent work experience
 * Military or Industry experience
 * Excellent ability to maintain focus and multitask

## Description

* Accurately monitor pressure, flow, gravity, tank levels, and other operating parameters
 * Control and monitor valve and pump status from the Operations Control Center
 * Flawlessly control and monitor product and/or crude batch changes
 * Understand and execute shipping schedules
 * Effectively communicate with internal and external customers (e.g., the public, emergency responders, inspectors, and regulators)
 * Maintain safe operations and product quality
 * Analyze and understand data and trends
 * Maintain compliance with Control Room Management Regulations
