## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree
 * 5+ years of experience in Engineering
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
 * Willingness to travel (up to 25%), both domestic and international
 * General test and measurement knowledge
 * Only U.S. Persons (U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, or protected individuals as defined by 22 CFR §120) may be considered., * Bachelor's degree in Engineering
 * Experience with project management and working with remote teams
 * 5+ years of team or project management experience
 * LabVIEW programming skills and any NI hardware and software experience
 * 3+ years' experience managing an engineering, application, or technical sales team, Emerson will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States. This is not a position for which sponsorship will be provided. Individuals with temporary visas such as E, F-1(including those with OPT or CPT) , H-1, H-2, L-1, B, J or TN, or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for hire.

## Description

* Recruiting, Developing, and Mentoring talent, including development engineers and applications engineers with unique expertise spanning multiple target industries and geographies.
 * Build and maintain the team's overall expertise in Emerson Test & Measurement equipment and their applications.
 * Collaborate with Business Managers, Marketing, Sales & R&D to align the team's execution to growth strategy and short-term business needs.
 * Engage with sales to drive customer engagements, through mutual understanding and prioritization of efforts, to achieve shared business goals.
 * Manage ambiguity and drive change management as business strategy evolves.
 * Drive engineering execution excellence.
 * Handle special projects or tasks assigned by management.
