## About the Role

Do you have experience in Typing?, This position is part time, term time only, please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent. If successful, the salary received will be paid on a pro –rata basis., GCSE (or equivalent) grades 4 (C+) and above, in both English Language and Mathematics

## Description

Heasandford Primary School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, skilled and dedicated School Business Support Officer to join our friendly staff and fulfil this key role at our wonderful school. The successful candidate should have experience against the

Heasandford is a wonderful place to work with friendly, hardworking children and a supportive staff team. We are a large and popular school, located close to the centre of Burnley. All staff work hard to ensure we provide the best for our children and their families and the children are always at the heart of everything we do.

As an office administrative assistant, reporting to the Office Manager and Head Teacher, you will be responsible for maintaining, updating and extracting information from systems and databases and providing general administrative/clerical/financial support for the school. This could include producing financial and management information and/or the provision of general advice and guidance to pupils, parents and staff or call for the use of higher level text processing/spreadsheet/IT skills or audio typing that involves the use of a range of software packages.

Weekly working hours are: Monday to Friday (35 hours/8.30am - 4.00pm) and the position is term-time only.
