## Description

Steyning Medical Practice is seeking a motivated and detail-focused Data Quality Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive team. This is a key role within the practice, responsible for processing clinical correspondence, coding patient records accurately, and supporting QOF, LTCs and income-related activity.

Whether you are developing your skills in primary care or already experienced, we offer a clear progression framework, full training, and the opportunity to grow into a specialist role., * Workflow processing and accurate coding of clinical letters

 * Data input into patient clinical records usingSystmOne
 * Supporting QOF, LTCs and vaccination income areas
 * Actioning tasks, questionnaires and recall activity
 * Booking clinics and supporting vaccination programmes
 * Maintaining high standards of data quality, confidentiality and compliance
 * Working collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams
