 * Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
 * Valid Florida driver's license with reliable transportation to support on-site needs

## Description

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, building relationships with end users, and being a reliable resource for technical support. You'll play a key role in keeping our systems running smoothly, from setting up equipment to resolving issues and supporting ongoing IT initiatives., * Provide hands-on technical support for end users, resolving hardware, software, and system issues both remotely and on-site

 * Install, configure, and deploy end user equipment, ensuring systems are set up efficiently and correctly from day one
 * Maintain and track IT equipment inventory, supporting lifecycle management and availability of resources
 * Document issues, resolutions, and trends to improve response times and prevent recurring problems
 * Partner with IT team members to support projects, system upgrades, and ongoing infrastructure initiatives
 * Deliver responsive, service-oriented support while escalating more complex issues when appropriate
