This would include patience, good listening skills, and excellent communication skills. * Must be able to communicate in an effective and clear manner, in writing and verbally. * Must be able to analyze and resolve problems associated with telecommunication system, server hardware, server and desktop operating systems and application software. * Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications. * Must have the ability to effectively prioritize competing requests, while keeping lines of communication open. * Must have the ability to conduct business in a professional manner and exercise mature, independent judgment. * Must have the ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality. * Must have a valid driver's license. ## Description * Assist and train end users (including Individual Served) with using assigned devices and approved software and applications. * Assist and train end users on Microsoft Office Software (including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), and the agency phone system. * Assist with multi-media equipment and software, as assigned. * Support the Director of Information Technology in the management, coordination, and maintain all aspects (including security and access) of the agency's wide area network, information systems and telecommunication systems. * Develop and maintain a Standard Operating Procedures Manual for specific responsibilities and duties of this position. * Any / all other duties as assigned by the Director of Information Technology or the Vice President of OperationsAdministration. Schedule: Monday - Friday.
