This role supports infrastructure systems, line-of-business applications, and third-party application requirements while ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and operational excellence. Virtualization Hosting Service Enablement * Engineer, deploy, administer, and protect global enterprise virtualization hosting solutions. * Architect, design, install, administer, and support virtualization platforms including: + VMware + OpenShift Virtualization (OSV) * Manage the complete global technology lifecycle, including: + Infrastructure security vulnerability patching + Planning + Design + Implementation + Maintenance + Upgrades + Hardware and software decommissioning * Engineer, test, and document: + Procedures + Monitoring solutions + Logging solutions + Disaster recovery processes + Security policies and guidelines * Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of hardware and software products. * Research industry trends and best practices. * Support large-scale global deployments of virtualization technologies. * Support HPE Synergy/ProLiant iLO and firmware field testing.
