If you're someone who can balance enabling innovation with managing risk, you have a keen interest in technology and process, we'd like to hear from you., * Experience of working in a relevant ICT environment, with the ability to interpret and analyse complex information and develop practical solutions. * Strong understanding of governance, risk and compliance considerations, particularly in relation to digital tools, automation or AI-enabled solutions. * Experience working in or alongside an automation and AI governance function, or design authority in a complex organisation. * Confidence working with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including the ability to influence and guide others towards appropriate solutions. * A proactive approach, with the ability to make decisions independently and manage competing priorities. * Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts and risks clearly and in plain language. * Experience contributing to policies, procedures and operational controls within ICT or digital environments. * The ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting demands in a developing area of service. * Experience supporting or supervising others where required. Desirable Criteria includes: * Experience working within a public sector or regulated environment. * Knowledge and experience of governance, risk and compliance considerations relating to automation and/or AI-enabled digital solutions. * ITIL Foundation (or equivalent experience)., The Fluency Duty is outlined in the Code of Practice on the English language requirements for public sector workers.
