Experience · 2+ years of full-time experience working with Epic EHR systems, including implementation, configuration, or support. · Prior healthcare IT or clinical operations experience is preferred. · Hands-on experience with one or more of the prioritized module clusters listed in the Manager Notes section above is strongly preferred. Certifications · Epic certification in relevant modules required within 6 months of hire. · Priority certifications include: Cadence, Prelude, HIM (Deficiency Tracking / ROI / EMPI / Gallery), Resolute Professional Billing, or Grand Central. · Certification in healthcare IT (e.g., HIT) is a plus. Technical Skills · Proficiency in Epic system configuration, data analysis, and reporting tools. · Familiarity with the specific module workflows noted in the Manager Notes section is a strong differentiator. · Knowledge of SQL or similar query languages is a plus. Analytical Skills · Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to assess workflows and translate requirements into system solutions.
