What You'll Do As the leader of our Software Development & Support team, you'll: * Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Software Developers, Software Engineers, and Programmers. * Drive the development, enhancement, and support of CRCLink and other enterprise applications. * Guide projects from concept through implementation while keeping timelines, budgets, and quality on track. * Champion secure, reliable, and scalable software development practices. * Partner with business leaders, utility members, and vendors to turn business needs into innovative technology solutions. * Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance applications, processes, and development tools. * Help shape CRC's technology strategy as a member of the Management Team.
