Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. · Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable working with both plant-floor users and corporate stakeholders. · Working proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint). · Willingness to travel 25% to 35% to manufacturing sites during implementation and go-live phases. · Availability for nights and weekends as required by the business, particularly during site cutovers and hypercare.
