Configure, monitor, troubleshoot, and support Dell Data Domain systems, including system setup, connectivity, performance, capacity, replication, and hardware-related issues. Independently troubleshoot backup failures, restore issues, performance degradation, connectivity problems, and infrastructure incidents. Perform end-to-end troubleshooting across the Host Data Protection Data Domain stack. Support backup and recovery operations across physical servers, virtualized platforms, SAN, NAS, and storage environments. Lead incident, service request, change, and problem-management activities within SLA-driven environments. Perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable corrective actions. Execute changes, upgrades, patching, maintenance, and infrastructure improvements in a controlled manner. Proactively monitor backup infrastructure, capacity, jobs, alerts, health, and performance. Coordinate complex technical issues with Dell, Wasabi, Acronis, and other OEM/vendor support teams. Support high availability, replication, disaster recovery, and business-continuity initiatives.
