* Proven experience in technical support or IT support roles.

 * Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN, VPN) and security measures (Firewall).

 * Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
 * Experience with help desk software (e.g., BMC Remedy, ServiceNow) is a plus.

 * Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are preferred., * Bachelor's (Preferred)

License/Certification:

## Description

* Provide technical support for hardware and software issues across the organization.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve desktop-related problems for end-users.
 * Assist in managing IT infrastructure, including networks and servers.
 * Maintain documentation of technical processes and user guides.
 * Collaborate with other IT team members to enhance system performance.
 * Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely responses to support requests.
 * Monitor and maintain security protocols for systems and networks.
 * Participate in training sessions for staff on new technologies.
