This role owns the development, maintenance, and enhancement of a broad portfolio of operational and financial reporting, dashboards, and analytics products derived from OCLO's matter management system and other data sources. The position requires a blend of advanced technical expertise, business consulting, and strategic analytical thinking to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive organizational decision-making and operational performance., * Leads the design and implementation of enterprise reporting strategies, data visualizations, and performance measurement frameworks that support strategic business objectives. * Serves as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on analytics capabilities, data visualization best practices, and business intelligence tools. * Partners with business leaders, technology teams, and data stakeholders to translate complex business questions into analytic solutions and actionable recommendations. * Evaluates and recommends new technologies, methodologies, and analytical approaches to enhance organizational reporting and measurement capabilities. Project Leadership * Provides technical analysis, promoting best practices in data analytics, visualization, and reporting development. * Leads large-scale or highly complex analytics initiatives, including project planning, stakeholder management, requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. * Drives continuous improvement efforts through automation, process optimization, and innovative analytic solutions that increase efficiency and business value., As a Senior Consultant, you'll structure and lead large financial and operational measurement projects across one or more business units and effectively synthesize measurement results to improve business outcomes. You'll be responsible for growing and evolving the business partner relationship and service management profession to maximize effectiveness and may be responsible for the business unit financial and operational measurement strategy or project portfolio., * Builds and maintains relationships and serves as trusted business advisor to leaders, clients, internal risk partners and other stakeholders.
