Preferred Skills * Experience with LabWare, Benchling, STARLIMS, or other LIMS platforms. * Knowledge of OSIsoft PI / AVEVA PI, data historians, or laboratory data systems. * Experience with VMware, cloud technologies, or virtualization. * Familiarity with ServiceNow and ITIL processes. * Experience with GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5, CSV, and data integrity. * Knowledge of laboratory instrument interfaces and protocols. * Experience working with vendors and third-party laboratory technology providers. ## Description We are seeking an experienced Lab IT Engineer to provide IT infrastructure, application, and technical support for laboratory environments within the life sciences/pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting laboratory systems, instruments, networks, applications, and regulated environments.
