Desktops, Laptops, Printers, VOIP Phones, Switches, Routers, Wifi Access Points etc * Strong understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and security concepts * Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Driving licence and own car, we have depots across the North West that you will need to get to and from with paid mileage. Desirable: * Experience with: * Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.0+ * Group Policy * Microsoft Visual Basic and Libre Basic * Magento 2.0 and Wordpress * PCI DSS Compliance * Microsoft SQL Server Express Scripting * Experience with Draytek and UniFi networking equipment * Knowledge of Powershell scripting and automation * Project Management Experience * Ability with graphical software to edit the likes of social media posts and web banners ## Description We are seeking an experienced hands-on IT Manager to join our team.
