Our deep impact is dependent on smooth and seamless operations, and you will provide the support our staff, volunteers, and students need to thrive. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for day-to-day technology needs, employee onboarding and support, troubleshooting both hardware and software, classroom technology, and basic event AV support. No two days will look the same; the IT Technician will troubleshoot whatever comes their way with empathy, ingenuity, and patience.
