Knowledge and Skills * Deep knowledge of the Microsoft cloud ecosystem, including Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages), Azure services, and related Microsoft technologies. * Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, integration, security, scalability, reliability, governance, and enterprise application design principles. * Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, authentication and authorization concepts, and integration patterns utilizing REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect. * Knowledge of generative AI concepts, prompt engineering techniques, responsible AI practices, and AI-powered capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem, including Copilot technologies. * Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable functional and technical solutions leveraging Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, Azure, and related services. * Skill in establishing and enforcing engineering standards, development best practices, source control strategies, release governance, DevOps/ALM processes, and CI/CD methodologies. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage risks, dependencies, technical trade-offs, and competing priorities across multiple initiatives. * Strong stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across technical and business teams. * Ability to mentor, coach, and develop engineers while fostering technical excellence, continuous improvement, accountability, and high-performance team culture. * Commitment to delivering secure, high-quality solutions aligned with enterprise architecture, governance standards, and organizational priorities. Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship. ## Description The Cloud Senior Engineer is responsible for supporting complex engineering initiatives across the Microsoft cloud environment, with a primary focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, the Power Platform, and related Microsoft cloud technologies, ensuring alignment between technical execution and business objectives. This role helps design, develop, test and support solutions while managing risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes across multiple initiatives.
