This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll partner with your team to solve complex challenges, review critical implementations, and model engineering best practices. We're seeking a leader with experience building and operating large-scale data platforms, including real-time streaming (Kafka), batch ETL, data warehousing, CDC patterns, and high-volume analytical environments. Working within a 6-week operating cycle, you'll help balance innovation, technical excellence, product delivery, and team growth.
