## About the Role

* 3-5 years supervisory experience in electronics manufacturing (EMS preferred)
 * Working knowledge of IPC standards (IPC-A-610 required)
 * Strong understanding of electronic components, schematics, and bills of material
 * Experience in ISO-regulated manufacturing environment
 * Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Preferred

 * AOI experience
 * Experience in contract manufacturing environment
 * Lean / process improvement background

## Description

Production Leadership

 * Supervise general assemblers, SMT operators, and electronic technicians
 * Ensure production schedules are met efficiently and on time
 * Communicate daily production goals and priorities
 * Enforce company policies, attendance, and environmental compliance

Technical & Process Oversight

 * Support SMT lines, reflow ovens, wave soldering, AOI, coating, and cable/wire equipment
 * Troubleshoot production issues and support engineering teams
 * Review production documentation and provide labor estimates for cable, PCB, and box builds
 * Maintain and improve production records and procedures in coordination with process engineering

Quality & Compliance

 * Ensure compliance with IPC standards
 * Maintain ISO-regulated processes
 * Support continuous improvement initiatives
