## About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Enterprise Data Steward to join our dynamic team in Worcester, MA office or remote work location., * Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field.

 * Proven experience in data management, data governance, or a similar role.
 * Strong understanding of data best practices.
 * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Proficiency in data management tools and technologies.
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
 * Experience with data quality tools and technologies.

## Description

The Enterprise Data Steward will be responsible for establishing processes for stewards to execute their activities and communicate their actions to their peer stewards and other business users/roles. This role involves collaborating with various departments to advocate for and promote education of staff on data access, literacy, and stewardship., * Collaborate on the development of data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.

 * Monitor and report on data quality and integrity across all data sources and systems.
 * Collaborate with data owners and stewards to define data standards and best practices.
 * Conduct data quality assessments to identify and resolve data issues.
 * Maintain data dictionaries and metadata repositories within Purview.
 * Provide training and support to data users on data quality best practices.
 * Ensure compliance with data and model governance policies.
 * Work with IT and business teams to support efforts that drives our business forward.
 * Work with Business Data Stewards to design and recommend data lifecycle and process improvement opportunities
 * Report on data quality metrics and performance.
 * Support data stewardship activities.
 * Promote data literacy across the organization.
