## About the Role

* 5+ years of IT support or IT operations experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
 * Hands-on expertise administering macOS and Windows, MDM tools, and identity/SSO platforms.
 * Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, and common SaaS administration.
 * Experience managing office IT infrastructure, including networking, AV, and conference room technology.
 * Excellent troubleshooting skills and a customer-service mindset - you make IT feel easy for your colleagues.
 * A clear communicator who can document processes and support non-technical teammates.
 * Willing and able to work on-site 5 days per week in our NYC office.

## Description

* Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee IT support - hardware, software, access, and troubleshooting - with a focus on fast, friendly resolution.
 * Own device lifecycle management across macOS and Windows, including procurement, provisioning, MDM, and secure offboarding.
 * Administer core identity and SaaS systems (SSO, Google Workspace, Slack, and related tools), including access onboarding and offboarding.
 * Manage the NYC office's IT infrastructure - networking, AV, conference rooms, and on-site hardware.
 * Build and document IT processes, runbooks, and self-service resources that scale as Rho grows.
 * Partner with Security, People, and Finance on access controls, compliance, and asset management.
 * Lead IT onboarding for new hires and ensure a seamless day-one experience.
