Mentors analytics talent and drives prioritization, adoption, and measurable business outcomes., Cast & Crew is seeking a Senior Manager of Data Analytics to lead our enterprise analytics organization. This role is responsible for delivering trusted business intelligence, operational reporting, executive dashboards, self-service analytics, and advanced analytical solutions that enable data-driven decision making across the company. The Senior Manager will lead teams of Analytics Engineers, Data Analysts, and BI Developers while partnering closely with Product Management, Finance, Operations, Engineering, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership. Success in this role requires balancing technical excellence with business partnership-ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and actionable for stakeholders throughout the organization.
