## About the Role

* 1+ year IT experience preferred; recent graduates can be considered.
 * Knowledge of computing and networking fundamentals.
 * Experience with desktop support / troubleshooting.
 * Knowledge of Microsoft Office, internet/intranet applications.
 * Basic understanding of computer security concepts and policies.
 * Strong documentation and communication skills.
 * IT-related degree or equivalent experience.

## Description

* Resolve ServiceNow trouble tickets and follow established KB procedures.
 * Image/deploy computers and perform basic hardware/software troubleshooting.
 * Support printers, including toner and pickup roller replacement.
 * Manage and update IT assets/inventory in Asset Center.
 * Maintain process logs, reports, contact lists, and customer records.
 * Troubleshoot issues using documented solutions and escalate problems outside scope.
 * Monitor equipment, supplies, inventory, and routine maintenance.
 * Provide basic IT/network support to end users.
 * Travel to remote Training & Demo locations as needed.
