 * Solid understanding of mechanical drawing standards and design principles.
 * Proficiency in 3D CAD systems and 3D modeling.
 * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing timelines in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
 * Experience working with mechanical and/or electrical components and control systems.
 * Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with all levels of leadership.

## Description

The goal of this role is to design and develop innovative, high-quality engineered components and solutions that meet customer requirements and support business growth. It focuses on delivering effective technical designs through strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement while ensuring quality, safety, and manufacturability., * Collaborate with all areas of production in a manufacturing environment to ensure optimal product quality and best practices.

 * Develop unique and innovative designs or modify standard products to meet customer requirements.
 * Prepare and maintain complete engineering documentation, including product specifications, assembly instructions, and detailed drawings.
 * Analyze static and dynamic structures to evaluate and optimize device performance through simulation and experimentation.
 * Identify root causes of product or process issues and develop, implement, and verify effective solutions.
 * Manage multiple projects concurrently to meet customer timelines and project schedules.
 * Communicate effectively across multiple internal and external teams.
 * Maintain and promote adherence to quality and safety standards throughout the design and production process.
 * All other duties as assigned., Work is performed in a manufacturing environment where safety procedures and quality standards are strictly followed. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
