Sitting at the heart of the R & D function, the role plays a key part in aligning technical delivery with business priorities, ensuring teams are focused on delivering value in a structured, efficient and sustainable way. We're looking for a collaborative and forward-thinking leader who can bring together people, processes and technology to drive successful outcomes.
